David, Judy, Larrylee, Christi, Aidan, Larry & I all ended up over at Kari & Josiah's to watch the fireworks.
Of course the pictures can't do the fireworks justice so I will only put one.
Aidan really enjoyed them. I didn't hear any complaints from Eeyore either.
What a beautiful & loud fireworks show for 2006.

That was a special night for Larr and me. I always wondered how my parents could just sit back and watch while my sister and I had all the fun. We would ask them, "Mommy, Daddy...don't you want to do it, too?" And every time they would say, "Nah, we just like to watch you girls enjoy it." I always thought they were either A. crazy, or B. really boring. Seeing my small son squeal and whisper little "wow"s under big eyes made it all chrystal clear to me. I totally get what my parents meant now.
Wow, that brings back memories of sitting in MY backyard watching the fireworks. Great neighborhood to live it, isn't it?
It was so much fun having all you guys over!! Sorry it was so last minute..Just wait till next year...if we can see the fireworks from the loft it will be awesome!!! :)
