Aidan, Papaw & Hummingbirds...

Aidan & Papaw at the breakfast table drinking & checking out the laptop. Of course Aidan's laptop is pretty limited w/ info on it.

I love hummingbirds!!! I have been waiting for a good time to get some shots of one eating at the Sharon tree outside the living room window. Well I got some but they aren't very good so I will keep trying but here are a few I thought I'd share...

I just love hummingbirds. Out at my grandpa's house, the back porch is swarming with them! They like being around all the trees and flowers, I guess. Sometimes it gets a little scary, though. There's so many of them, and they get to zipping around your head and fighting over the feeders...they're vicious little varments! Sometimes you wonder if you need to duck and cover!

These pics were taken thru a window & screen... I may have to try setting up outside one day and getting some that way... Now that it is finally cooling off, maybe I can. Trouble is they just don't come around very often. I will have to get a bunch of feeders like at your Grandpa's Christi... :)
